Chuu only accepts to exchange the goods in case the customer had wrong size orders, within 7 days from the date of receiving the goods, if Chuu is out of that size, the customer is allowed to change to another product with equivalent value or higher.

Chuu did not accept to return the promotional goods.

Customers can return goods if the product has a technical error from Chuu. If the product is defective, please inform Chuu via the hotline 0283.836.8822, Chuu has the right to refuse any support requests if the customer does not notify Chuu within the prescribed time limit. (Customers will send feedback via confirmation email when purchasing goods)

Chuu will not be responsible for shipping costs in case the customer changes or returns the goods, except for technical errors from Chuu.

Products exchanged must be in a new condition, with the same labels, unused, not laundered, and not damaged. In the event that the returned item does not meet the conditions, Customer Service will notify you before exchanging it.

Items just can be exchanged once, except for technical errors.

Returned goods are sent to the address: Chuu Vietnam No. 381-383 Nguyen Trai, Ward 7, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City

Refund for customers

1. Only refund in case of wrong delivery of the product or the product the customer ordered is out of stock.

2. Procedures for refunding or exchanging goods will take about 14 working days from the day Chuu sends customers a confirmation email about refund or exchange.


Products cannot be exchanged according to Chuu Saigon regulations.

In addition, we cannot consider for customers to change products, specifically:

- Underwear

- Swimsuit costume

- Jewelry, jewelry

- Leggings
